Catering for the wedding day must be done in house by us and is included with your package. You can add on a rehearsal dinner catered by us for Friday night for an additional fee. If you choose to hire a different caterer for your rehearsal dinner it must be approved by us prior to booking. 

Dinner tasting is available after your event has been booked and deposit placed. You can reach out to schedule a tasting via emailing weddings@v6ranch.com.

We require all weddings to have at least a day of professional coordinator. 

You can arrive at 3:00pm on Friday to start setting up and the grounds need to be cleaned up by noon on Sunday. Set up and clean up is done by the wedding party. We will set up any items needed for catering, etc.

We do not provide chairs or linens, but we have 19 8 ft picnic tables and 55 round tables available that are included with the package price. We suggest couples rent chairs and linens from Taylor Rental in Paso Robles.

The V6 Ranch and Parkfield are both outdoor venues. If you are worried about inclement weather, we suggest renting a tent. You can rent from Taylor Rental in Paso Robles.

For weddings at the Parkfield Lodge there is only one bathroom available and we suggest couples rent bathrooms. 

For weddings at the V6 Blue Oak Camp, we have four bathrooms on the premises. We suggest renting bathrooms if you are planning on having over 200 guests. 

Plan for at least one restroom per 50 guests. 

Bathrooms can be rented at MarBorg Industries. 

300 guests at the Parkfield Lodge and V6 Blue Oak Horse Camp

Guests are asked to start quieting down at 11:00 pm and lights out at midnight. 

For weddings at the Parkfield Lodge, all 10 Parkfield Lodge rooms are included in your package: 

• The Parkfield lodge has 10 rooms that can accommodate up to 36 people total.

For weddings at the V6 Blue Oak Camp, all 10 Parkfield Lodge rooms, 6 bunkhouse rooms, and 3 glamping tents are included in your package: 

• This can sleep 36 people at the Lodge, 12 people at the Bunkhouse, and 9 people at the Glamping Tents. Total sleeping accommodations for 57 people. 

RV Hook Ups: 

• There are three RV hookups included in both packages (electricity and water).

Dry Camping: 

• There is extensive room for dry tent and RV camping both at the Parkfield Lodge and V6 Blue Oak Horse Camp available. 

Paso Robles is the closest nearby town and has many options for lodging. 

Supply your own alcohol. Must be served by a licensed bartender company and be a host bar (cannot charge guests for drinks). Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed outside of lodge or V6 Horse Camp grounds. 

We require all guests who host an event with us to obtain special event liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 policy for Friday through Sunday. Proof of this must be emailed to us prior to your event.

We have large parking areas available at both the Parkfield Lodge and V6 Blue Oak Camp. Cars can be left overnight.

You must place a $5,000 deposit in order to secure an event date. We accept cash, checks, money orders, ACH payments, and credit cards.

Credit cards incur a 2.6% processing fee and ACH payments incur a 1% processing fee.

We can split your balance in installments or it can be paid in one lump sum. It must be paid in full 120 days prior to the event. We accept cash, checks, money orders, ACH payments, and credit cards.

Due to the limited number of wedding dates we have available, cancellations have a significant impact and we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. 

• Deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for a different date. 

• Cancellations less than 120 days before an event may incur a cancellation fee.

• There are no refunds of any kind less than 120 days prior to the wedding.

Due to the remoteness of Parkfield, there are no taxis, Ubers, or Lyfts. Private shuttles may be chartered. See list of preferred vendors for recommendations.
